A four-week online course (1 x 60min class per week) with the aim to teach the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga. Build confidence and the competence to go on to practise yoga online and in the studio. The course is open to a small group of beginners, to help you feel part of a community, feel connected and share the journey of learning yoga together. With the aim on completing the course, to help you to transition into open yoga classes with knowledge and confidence.
