Our Hatha Flow Yoga Classes, start with a breathing practice to settle into the class.
This is followed by simple sequences to warm the body before moving into a flowing practice including Sun Salutations.
Each week we will focus on a specific theme which may be physical or mental or both!
The class finishes with dedicated relaxation time.
