Vinyasa Yoga

A creative vinyasa flow for all levels, with a focus on moving with the breath, allowing the mind and body to unite, whilst building strength, flexibility, and balance.

Yoga is for everyone and can be great for us on and off the mat, physically & mentally. Expect extended deep & guided relaxation (savasana) at the end of your practise to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the remainder of your day.
