January Detox Workshop with Meriel Angharad

During this 3 hour dynamic practice we will be focusing on cleansing and releasing the physical, mental and emotional states of our being.
We can get very congested with old “stuff”. Unresolved situations in our life, old emotions needing an avenue of release and on the physical, the excess of Christmas and New Year may leave us feeling quite heavy, toxic even.
Brave beginners are welcome and all levels of experience are catered for. Just bring yourself and an open mind and heart.
