Yin Yoga & Meditation with Lily Read

The evening will begin with some gentle breath work, alongside grounding, floor based yoga poses.  Moving into some peaceful, deep stretches to release blockages and tightness.

We will finish with some guided meditation alongside the sounds of the healing/singing bowl.  A beautiful evening planned to help ease stress and anxiety and release physical tensions.
