I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 11 years. Through my journey as a teacher I have cultivated the ability to create and hold a nourishing space on the mat for us to journey into the true medicine of Yoga. Not seeing the practice as just physical Asana (poses) but also the other branches to the system of Yoga. One of which is to be more present in the moment through observing the breath. By developing an inner awareness through our attention to breath, we have the possibility and potential to take off the mat what we experience and learn whilst on it.
