Slow Vinyasa Flow

In this class, we explore fundamental yoga poses with a focus on movement, balance, strength, and breath. Each session is designed to calm the mind, ease physical tension, and gradually build strength and stability.

We’ll work through a variety of sequences, returning to and progressing them over time, allowing you to develop confidence and deeper awareness in your practice. An element of flow is introduced as we link postures together, moving with intention and breath through short, accessible sequences.

Throughout the block, we’ll also explore different breathing techniques and mini-meditations to support relaxation, focus, and overall well-being—on and off the mat.
