Pilates (Beginner/Improver)

Beginner/Improver classes are designed for those who are still fairly new to Pilates or want to go over the important fundamentals after a long break. This may include those of you recovering from injury or who just want to take things more gentle!

A slower pace is adopted to suit personal development, focusing on technique, working on strengthening muscles to support the skeletal structure, stabilising core engagement, and improving mobility and flexibility.
