Gentle Flow Yoga

These classes are designed to gently improve flexibility, enhance posture and promote healthy joints.

You will also build strength in your bones and muscles while improving balance and overall body awareness.

Beyond the physical benefits, Gentle Flow Yoga supports mental well-being by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and cultivating mindfulness. The mindful movement combined with breath awareness helps calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.

Open to beginners and those returning to exercise after a break, the class encourages you to listen to your body and rest whenever needed, making it a supportive and accessible practice for all levels.

This class requires you to be comfortable getting up and down from the floor independently and working in kneeling an all-fours position for some exercises.
