Pilates (Mixed Level)

This class is for all abilities from beginner to experienced Pilates students. Options for regressions and progressions are offered throughout the class depending on the needs of the participants. The class has a strong emphasis on technique and alignment, and students are encouraged to challenge their abilities while learning how to work their body safely and effectively.
