Pregnancy yoga is designed to support you through every stage of this journey – physically, emotionally and energetically. Each session weaves together gentle, intelligent movement, breathwork and deep rest to help ease common aches, support your changing posture, and create space in your mind and body.
We’ll focus on building steady strength, developing pelvic floor awareness, and encouraging mobility – all in a way that feels supportive rather than strenuous. Expect slow, flowing sequences adapted for pregnancy, grounding breath practices and plenty of props so you feel held and comfortable throughout.
Beyond the movement, this is a space to land. To tune into your body and your baby. To step away from the pressure to keep doing and simply be for a while.
It’s also a space for community – a chance to connect with other mothers to be, share experiences, ask questions and feel less alone in the in-between moments. Pregnancy can feel both magical and overwhelming; this is somewhere you can show up exactly as you are and be met with understanding.
Suitable from second trimester onwards. No prior yoga experience needed.
