Yin Yang Yoga

Yin Yang yoga is a practice that combines the slow-paced Yin yoga with the traditional h=Hatha yoga.

It is an amalgamation of two very different styles of yoga brought together to balance you, encourage relaxation, and get the energy in your body moving. The breath is key and used in both elements. Yin yoga is a slower practice where poses are held for longer, working on a more introspective practice and opening deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body.

Moving in this peaceful way allows us to release blockages and tightness. Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or ashtanga based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. The harmony of the practice can help to ease anxiety and release physical tensions in one – it’s the perfect Sunday morning vibe.
