Mother and Daughter Circle – Summer

Explore the cycles together

Suitable for 10-15 year olds

4 workshops taking you and your daughter through the 4 seasons of the menstruation cycle

This session will be dedicated to Summer.

This will focus on the 3rd week of our cycle, our Luteal phase and possible fertilisation

We will share the hormones and physiology that occurs at this time and how to support them/work with them.

We will focus on our full expression and creativity.

We will make a flower crown together.

We will move in line with the theme of Summer to help experience our full bloom.

We will finish with a relaxation and meditation.
