A deeply restful and relaxing session to release stress and nourish the nervous system, in the soothing and restorative ambiance of a Candlelit Yoga studio.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation. You experience a dreamy state, between wakefulness and sleep to bring a sense of quiet, stillness and rest to your body & mind. Bliss!
The session blends slow moving yoga, breath awareness and restorative yoga to release any held tension in the body, ready for the deep meditative relaxation of Yoga Nidra…Yogic Sleep.
So, bring your cosy socks (and even your PJs!) and take some self-care time out for a mindful and calm practice to help you relax, rest and sleep well.
