Mindful Meditation & Gentle Movement with Caroline Lucas

“Yoga prepares the body and mind”
Yoga poses and breathing exercises help to release tension, improve focus, and create a sense of ease in the body.
This in turn prepares the body and mind for meditation.
During the workshops we will be practicing some gentle movement and simple stretches and then move into a meditation.
We will have a few minutes after each meditation to pause and reflect or journal.

Places are limited to 12.
