R&R (Reiki & Restorative Yoga) with Becca

Join Becca for some well deserved R&R (Reiki & Restorative Yoga), a gentle and nurturing experience designed to guide your mind and body back into balance.

“This class offers a deeply nourishing reset for your nervous system, creating the space your whole being needs to soften, unwind, and restore.

Through slow, supported movement and the subtle, healing energy of Reiki, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, reconnecting with your body, your breath, and a sense of inner calm.

Throughout the class, I’ll guide you through restful yoga postures, gentle breathwork, and energy healing. We will use the props to fully support the body, making sure you feel held in a place of safety & comfort. In this state, the nervous system shifts into “rest and digest,” where the real magic of healing can take place. Unlike more active styles of yoga, restorative works passively, encouraging the muscles, connective tissues, and fascia to soften and let go!

This 90-minute session has been intentionally throughout, to give you and your body time to truly slow down.”
