I love Yoga!
I love teaching yoga and I love having yoga in my life. I was never a particularly physical person, growing up I was never very fast, or strong or good at sports and I never really enjoyed doing anything physical. I don’t come from a dance or gymnastics background.
Then in 2009 I went to my first yoga class when I was pregnant and I haven’t looked back since.
I was hooked and decided to train as a teacher myself, I qualified with Birthlight as a Baby Yoga teacher in 2012, from there I gained my 500hr teacher training qualification with BWY in 2017 and my pregnancy yoga teacher training with Birthlight again in 2018.
My focus is to teach yoga that supports us in our lives, whatever stage you may be at. Yoga needs to be relevant, it needs to be personal, it needs to practical. The wonderful thing about yoga is that it is the perfect friend for when we are pregnant, when we are new parents and at every other stage as well. It helps us navigate life and find our place in the world, it helps us build communities and friendships, all you need to do is turn up and the yoga takes care of the rest. Everyone is most welcome.
