Women’s yoga for physical and emotional well-being

This class is to bring balance to the cyclical nature of being a woman. It will be a weekly practice to promote well-being in both mind and body.

This class will be of benefit for those suffering with menstrual symptoms such as heavy periods, irregular periods, painful periods. Those recovering from Pregnancy and birth, (suitable from 12 weeks post-partum). Those experiencing peri-menopause and menopause symptoms. Those that feel overwhelmed. And those that feel disconnected from themselves.

It will provide a space to come and gather and notice where you are in your monthly/yearly/lifetime cycle and to use yoga to support you.

The yoga itself will be a combination of traditional asana, gentle flow, strengthening movements, breathwork and meditation. I will provide this by drawing on my 10+ years of teaching postnatal, pregnancy and general yoga. Sharing ways which support our physiology and work with our bodies and minds.
