Gentle Pilates (Also Available Online)

This flowing class is designed to improve your posture and build core strength through gentle Pilates-inspired movements. Each exercise focuses on maintaining proper alignment within every pose to support a strong, balanced body.

We’ll incorporate props such as stretchy bands and mini-balls to enhance your practice and deepen your engagement with the muscles.

Suitable for beginners, this class requires you to be comfortable getting up and down from the floor independently and working in kneeling an all-fours position for some exercises.
