Rise and Shine Flow

Rise, shine and welcome the weekend with a friendly , flowing yoga class to stretch, strengthen, balance and relax the whole self.
Including pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures), and Shavasana (restoration and relaxation), this class is suitable for beginners with options given throughout, or for those with a regular practice.
