Myofascial self care + Yin workshop for the lower body with tennis balls for all people even you don’t do yoga!
During this workshop you will learn how to release your fascia for our lower body including hips, lower back, IT Band, calves and feet using tennis balls, which will help to relieve emotional stress, relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
Please bring 2 tennis balls with you. You will surprise how light and loose your muscles feel.
