Emma Rowland is a nutritionist specialising in the Menopause. She will lead the first part of the workshop on nutrition & lifestyle strategies.

Emma will share her top tips on beneficial foods and nutrients you need to include to nourish your body and improve energy.

Caroline Lucas is a Menopause Yoga accredited teacher, she will complete the evening with a relaxing restorative yoga session and guided meditation preparing you for a great nights sleep.
