Props such as bolsters, blocks and belts are used to help with physical difficulties and enhance the correct action of each pose safely.
The classes cover a wide range of poses with a different focus each week so that every aspect of the physical body can be made stronger, more stable and flexible with time to restore and relax in every class.
The overall aim is for students to gradually build strength, improve flexibility and gain a sense of mental well-being and balance.
