“Flow & Restore” is a balanced practice that gently blends movement with moments of stillness and rest. Rooted in Vinyasa Yoga—where breath and movement are linked with intention—these classes offer a thoughtful mix of flowing sequences and quieter, grounding elements.
Each week centres around a different theme. Some sessions might focus on a particular part of the body, gradually build towards a peak posture, or invite a more reflective, mindful approach. Some weeks feel more spacious and slow-paced, giving time to explore each shape in detail, while others invite a sense of rhythm and flow. No matter the pace, the breath is always at the heart of the practice—steady, supportive, and grounding.
This class offers space to move, to breathe, and to soften—supporting a sense of ease in both body and mind. By working consciously with the breath, we tap into the parasympathetic nervous system, often known as the “rest and restore” mode, which helps bring about a feeling of calm and balance.
Caroline also weaves in elements from her training in Restorative Yoga and Meditation. Once per block, the whole session is dedicated to Yin or Restorative practice—offering time for deep rest and stillness.
