C-Section Recovery Workshop

A special workshop dedicated to postnatal recovery following a c-section
Join myself and Karly for a special workshop all about recovering from a c-section.
Following a c-section birth extra care and consideration is often required in order to firstly heal and then also to continue to care for your body and specifically your scar.
This workshop is suitable from 12 weeks postpartum and will serve any woman who has never tended to their c-section experience/scar even if it was 10 years ago.
Come and reclaim your health and well-being into your own hands.
 What this workshop will provide
An opportunity to have the time and space to process your birth
An invitation to connect with your own body in a nurturing and supportive way
Information about what happened to your body during your birth
A practical and safe way to tend to your scar and body as a whole.
A way to integrate the birth helping to calm your nervous system and bring a feeling of stability and connection.
