Mindful Art – Reiki – Sound Bath
Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space created for deep rest, connection, and self-expression.
We begin with an immersive sound bath, allowing your body to soften and your mind to gently slow down. From this place of calm, you’ll receive nurturing reiki energy, supporting you to release tension and reconnect with yourself.For your comfort during this time, you’re welcome to bring a blanket to wrap yourself in—we will have some available, but we know how special it feels to relax with your own.
With a clear and grounded intention—focused on what truly brings you joy—you’ll then be guided into a mindful art session. Through gentle guidance, you’ll explore and express your happiness creatively. No experience is needed, and all materials are provided—just come as you are.
We close our journey together in a group circle, helping you integrate the experience and leave feeling lighter, open, and aligned.
✨ This experience is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to reconnect with your inner calm and creativity.
