Gift yourself some rare time out for yourself with some gong bath meditations – a welcome regular chance to feel profoundly peaceful, calm and connected …
Friday - 11:30am - 12:30pm
This gentle, flowing class is designed to help you improve posture, build core strength, and move with more ease in everyday life. Inspired by the principles of Pilates, each session focuses on thoughtful, controlled movements that support better alignment and a more balanced body.
We use props such as resistance bands and mini-balls to help you connect more deeply with your muscles, add variety, and gently challenge your stability and strength.
This class is beginner-friendly, though you’ll need to feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor and be able to be in a kneeling or all-fours positions.
What you will gain:
Better posture and spinal alignment—helpful for easing tension in your back, neck, and shoulders
A stronger core to support daily movements like bending, lifting, and sitting
Improved balance, coordination, and overall stability
Increased mobility and body awareness
Calmer, more connected breathing through gentle breath work
