A Women’s Circle is simply a gathering of Women with an intention to support, listen and learn from each other.
It could be 3 women or 30, it could be at a sacred site or in someone’s lounge.
The format and content will be dependant on whoever is facilitating, for me being a yoga teacher I like to bring in some movement and or breath work.
There is often talking and sharing of experiences but this is not the focus of my circles.
There is always time for taking notes and journalling and always time for relaxation/meditation.
What I aim to provide is time and space for pausing, reflecting and releasing and doing this in solidarity with others. This is how we build community and resilience.
Everyone is equally welcome and the whole of you is welcome.
We gather together to remember, remember that we were never meant to do this in isolation, that we do not need to be in competition with each other, that we can let go of judgement and resentment and join together in healed sisterhood.
You are welcome at any point in your life cycle from age 14 plus, babes in arms are also welcome.

These Circles will be every six weeks and will punctuate the year highlighting its natural rhythm and cycles.

Samhain, it is a cross point of the year that we switch from Autumn to Winter. What does this teach us? It is a time when we move from action into rest and contemplation we being the journey inwards and are able to tap into our intuition more easily.
