Slow Vinyasa Flow (Also Available Online)

In this class we work through some fundamental yoga poses, incorporating movement, balance, strength and breath work.

We visit and progress a variety of sequences to calm the mind, whilst easing physical tension, and building strength.

The session will also incorporate an element of flow, where you transition from one pose to another in a short sequence.

We will explore a variety of breathing techniques or mini-meditations over the course of each block.
